FRESHLY HYGIENE REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Freshly Hygiene. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at freshlyhygienebusiness@gmail.com to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must be returned in its original packaging with all included items, accessories, inserts, and components present. Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing pieces may not qualify for a refund.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase may be required.

RETURN REQUESTS

Please email freshlyhygienebusiness@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Opened or used hygiene products, gift cards, clearance or final-sale products, and items returned outside the stated return period may not be eligible for return, except where required by law.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
